Biography

Faculty Bio

Dr. Anderson is Associate Dean and Professor at Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ in the College of Health Professions, and Associate Clinical Professor at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Anderson is an NIH-funded researcher, Board member of the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, Deputy Editor for Explore: The Journal of Science and Healing, Co-Chair of the Research Working Group of the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine, and from 2018-2021 was a member of the NIH National Advisory Council for Complementary and Integrative Health. Dr. Anderson is a licensed acupuncturist specializing in women’s health and fertility and from 2009-2018 worked at New York University Fertility Center.
