Nicolette Pellegrino

Biography

Adjunct Professor Nicolette Pellegrino is an Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Special Federal Litigation Division of the New York City Law Department, where she defends the City of New York and its employees in civil rights cases filed in federal court, executes Continuing Legal Education programs, assists with legal recruitment, and supervises first-year attorneys. Before joining the Law Department, Professor Pellegrino graduated magna cum laude from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law. While at Haub Law, she was a member of the Environmental Law Review, the New York State Pro Bono Scholars Program, and the Federal Judicial Honors Program. In addition, Professor Pellegrino served as a Research Assistant and a Dean's Scholar.
