Victor M. Tafur
Biography
Adjunct Professor Victor Tafur practices in the fields of environmental and sustainable development law, energy law, land use law, and international environmental law, as well as arbitration and conflict resolution in these areas. He is the Associate Executive Governor and the Representative to the United Nations in New York of the International Council of Environmental Law (ICEL) - Secretariat located at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Spain a world-wide association of senior environmental law experts founded in 1969.
Professor Tafur is admitted to practice law in the United States in New York (2002) and the U.S. Federal courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York (2009), as well as in the Republic of Colombia (1989).
