This exciting two-day course will explore the roles and responsibilities of the HR Generalist. This program is ideal for HR professionals who need detailed information on staffing, HR development, rewards programs, and performance management. Meet the Instructor
Marie Esposito
Human Resources Management/Payroll
Marie was born and raised in upstate New York near Albany. She graduated from Bryant and Stratton Business College with an Associate Degree in Business Management/Accounting. She also graduated from Empire State College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Economics & Finance. She has been working in the payroll industry for almost 30 years, utilizing various in-house and outsourced payroll processes, procedures, and payroll systems. Whether it’s been in Human Resources and/or Finance, she has worked for both teams. She has also worked in HRIS and HRMS fields as well as project management, learning and development and system training. She obtained her Certified Payroll Professional credential in 2009 and is a member of the American Payroll Association. She speaks at various events, writes articles for PayTech Magazine as well as conducts workshops for the annual American Payroll Association Congress. She currently works remotely as a Director of Enterprise Payroll in the HR Shared Services Department for a 4th generation family-owned company in Indiana.
