What Is Shared Equity Leadership?

Instead of the usual focus on an individual leader’s traits and behaviors, it’s all about teamwork and collective leadership. SEL is a shift from 'me' to 'us'! This approach isn't just talk. We’re embedding equity and inclusivity into everything we do, from classrooms to community outreach. With students, faculty, staff, University leaders, and community partners working hand in hand, we're building a Pace Community where everyone feels valued and heard.
