Karen DeSantis is a Senior Analyst for Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ. Karen has a Master of Information and Library Sciences from the Palmer School of Long Island University and a Master of Arts in Experimental Psychology from the University of Virginia. Prior to joining this office, Karen worked for thirteen years in the Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ Library where she was an Instructional Services Librarian. In addition to her instructional duties in Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ's Mortola Library, Karen was responsible for statistical analysis and online survey preparation. She also was a member of the Steering Committee for the Middle States review from 2006 to 2009.
In her role as Senior Analyst, Karen is responsible for analyzing data from external and internal surveys. Karen creates reports based on findings such as those concerning retention/attrition, graduation, and completion rates, and provides analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to assist University decision-making.
