The goals of TEAM Pace (The Entertainment and Arts Managers of Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ) are to implement educational programming for TEAM PACE members that build relationships with alumni and industry professionals for a growing mentorship program. We aim to invite speakers from the arts and entertainment management fields to give informative presentations based on their personal journeys and what it takes to achieve success. Through this, we hope to enhance skills through networking events provided for the members. TEAM Pace wishes to open the dialogue to continually question and challenge established conventions within the arts and entertainment businesses and promote an accepting and diverse environment within our collective spaces.
