The Human Resources & Talent Management Club provides Lubin graduate students with an opportunity to learn from HR professionals at club events, and to give students an outlet to share ideas and discuss current HR topics as well as exploring career options by participating in group discussions. Our plan is to invite speakers from the business community to give talks about their industry, background, and what it takes to achieve success in their field.

The HR & Talent Management Club hosts a number of panel discussions and industry spotlight events focused on a variety of issues important to the hiring and talent management industry. In the Fall of 2022, we organized an organizational panel discussion, reflecting topics such salary negotiations, and diversity and inclusion with guests with decades of experience from companies such as JP Morgan.
