The Talent Development Team creates programs and development opportunities that build knowledge, develop skills, and enrich the employee population at Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ. We offer a myriad of services including management and professional skills training; performance management; leadership and career development; and teambuilding. Talent Development’s goal is to help staff in reaching their professional potential in their current role and prepare them for success in future roles.

Associate Vice President
Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness

Susan provides the strategic direction and leadership to the talent management efforts at Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ. She oversees the full-cycle talent operations, including talent acquisition, talent development, leadership and executive development, performance management and employee retention initiatives. Susan is always available to consult with you or your team’s professional development and growth. She received her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Bucknell University and her Master of Arts in Human Resource Development from The George Washington University. When not at work, Susan enjoys travel, reading, kayaking, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Talent Development Manager

Kris drives the Talent Development initiatives and arranges suitable development solutions for all employees through various modalities and platforms. She is responsible for the effective design and delivery of full-cycle talent development programs, including new hire onboarding and professional skills and management training. Kris is available to consult with individuals regarding their professional development goals and managers strategizing their team’s professional development and growth. Kris has 15 years of experience in a variety of higher education academic and administrative roles and functions within both public and private sectors, along with corporate experience. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western New England University and her Master of Education in Higher Education & Student Affairs at the University of South Carolina. During her leisure time, Kris enjoys live music, trying new food, reading, traveling, motorcycle rides, and spending time with her twin children.
