Events at Haub Law
The Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ is located in the vibrant downtown area of White Plains and hosts a wide array of events for both the law school and broader community throughout the year. Haub Law also partners with organizations whose mission aligns with our educational values to host events on our campus. Partner events can range from intimate, informal gatherings, to esteemed international lectures and multi-day conferences.
Booking a Space Rental at Haub Law
Haub Law will consider space rentals for outside law, business, government, or community-related events, as well as film screenings, on a case-by-case basis. These events are subject to space rental and support services fees. Private weddings and related events will not be considered. NOTE: Due to space being prioritized for student and law school events, we require a minimum of 6 weeks notice for external space rentals.
Event Guide for Students, Faculty and Staff
There are many considerations when planning your internal event. Haub Law’s dedicated law program and event coordinator will work with you to ensure that your department plans a successful event or program. From approving space requests in 25Live, to utilizing the best event setup, as well as communicating your ed media and catering needs with campus partners, we will support your event every step of the way.
Catering Services at Haub Law
Catering at Haub Law is operated through Chartwells, Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ’s on-campus catering provider, which also operates the Preston Hall Café. Chartwells offers a wide array of catering options to fit any special event, from small continental breakfasts to large sit-down dinners.
