Hot Flash: How Understanding Menopause Can Improve Life and Law for Everyone

Professors Bridget J. Crawford, Emily Gold Waldman, and Naomi R. Cahn co-author this timely book to be published by Stanford University Press in 2024. With chapters exploring menopause in the workplace, the rise of menopause apps, the twists and turns surrounding menopausal hormone treatment, the medias depiction of menopause, and more, the book analyzes the overlapping medical, social, cultural, and legal aspects of menopauseand highlights where change is needed.

The Federal Arbitration Act: Successes, Failures, and a Roadmap for Reform

Professor Jill I. Grosss book, co-edited with Richard A. Bales, is set to be published in 2024 by Cambridge University Press and includes chapter contributions from dozens of authors, each of whom discuss and critique various provisions of the Federal Arbitration Act while also suggesting reforms.

Co-edited by Professors Nicholas Robinson, Narinder Kakar, and Vesselin Popovski, this book was published by Routledge and assesses the progress, or the lack of it, in implementing the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through review of the assessments and of case studies, readers can draw lessons from the actions that could work to positively address the goals.
